Abderrazak Dhaoui obtained his Master in Finance from the University of Sfax (Tunisia) and his Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Reims Champagne Ardenne (France). He teaches courses in corporate governance and financial markets at the University of Sousse-Tunisia. He is the Head of the Master of Business Engineering and International Trade and is author of various works on the topics of corporate governance, behavioral finance and financial market. He is part of the review committee and editorial committee of several economic journals.
