Benjamin Vincendeau is teacher-researcher at IPAG Business School. Holding a Ph.D. in Private Law on “Corporate Social Responsibility, a comparative study between American and French Law for Listed Corporations” at the University of Cergy-Pontoise, he publishes articles in various specialized journals in Business Law, Consumer Law and Contract Law. Dr. Vincendeau also participates in many symposiums in these fields and contributes to collective works.
