Christophe Schalck is Professor of Economics at IPAG Business School. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Paris Nanterre and obtained his HDR in Economics in 2014. He was economist at the Division of economic situation and forecast of the Bank of France from 2006 to 2009. His research fields are fiscal and monetary policies in the euro area, energy economics, and financial analysis. He published around twenty articles in academic journals and contributed to several popular books. He regularly does some executive education modules in French companies.
