Viet Dung TRAN is Lecturer in Finance at the Banking Academy, a public higher education institution governed by the State Bank of Vietnam, Vietnam. He holds a PhD in Banking & Finance from the University Grenoble Alpes (France). He did research at different universities such as University of Alberta, University Laval (Canada), University of New Orleans (USA). He is a member of many research projects funded by the State Bank of Vietnam as well as the South East Asian Central Banks Research and Training Centre (SEACEN).
