Born in 1971, Franck Dedieu graduated from the Toulouse Institut d’Etudes Politiques in 1992 and holds a Master’s degree in Economics (Wealth Management). He began his career as a financial journalist at L’AGEFI. After working for the magazine “Mieux Vivre Votre Argent”, he joined the economic magazine “L’Expansion” in 2005, becoming an assistant editor in 2012. He published several essays during this period: « Inévitable protectionnisme » (Gallimard), « Mon ami c’est la finance » (Bayard), « 150 idées reçues en économie » (L’Express). He is a regular contributor to the journal Le Débat (Gallimard). In March 2016, he joined IPAG Business School as a professor of General Culture (Communication, History, and Economics) and is head of the department head for the subject. With IPAG, he is developing since June 2018 a French Savoir-Faire chair, topic which is in line with his current thesis.
