Ass. Prof. Hoang Nam Vu is currently the Associate Professor and Director of Research Administration at the Foreign Trade University (FTU), Vietnam. He is among the top 25% leading economists of Vietnam according to RePEc. His research focuses on impact evaluation of provision of management knowledge for development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in village-based industrial clusters, enhancing innovation for development of SMEs, industrial development, and economic development.
He holds a PhD in Development Economics from the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS), Japan.
