Kelly Anne Lefebvre is Assistant Professor of Management, Career Development Coach and American Track coordinator at IPAG Business School. Her research mainly focuses on Global Talent Management and how organizations attract, develop, and retain individuals with high levels of human capital. She is especially interested in inter-organizational networks and applies those questions to regions and clusters.
Before joining IPAG Business School, Kelly assisted in building customized Leadership Development programs for school professionals and executives in the financial industry. In addition to her academic work, she builds and facilitates executive education programs in the private sector.
