Ngoc Thang NGUYEN is currently Associate Professor and Vice Dean at the Hanoi School of Business and Management (HSB), Vietnam National University, Hanoi, Vietnam. He holds a MBA from University of Southern California, USA and a PhD in Applied Economic Sciences from Ghent University, Belgium. He has published several books and articles on Human resource management, knowledge management and corporate social responsibility (labor practices).
