His academic journey is probably the unconscious reflection of his personality and his thirst for knowledge. He initial studies in mathematics, chemistry and nuclear physics, enabled him to wonder about the infinitely small (quantum) and the infinitely large (astrophysics) and to become aware that “we exist because we are connected”. This awakening led him rather logically then to an interest in systems analysis and in its many applications to sciences of the organization (strategic prospective, knowledge management, competitive intelligence and communication and information technology), thus developing a rather intuitive reasoning and out of the box thinking.
To try to understand a system, it is better to have at the same time, a perception, a holistic and microscopic vision (static and dynamic) of the said system. It is the microscopic approach to the organizations, through twelve years of experience of management of complex projects, of council missions which directed him towards social sciences (anthropology, ethnology) and finally towards Man (psychology). For the manager, like the leader, it is of primary importance, nowadays with globalization, to understand fully and not by manipulation, the culture, passions and the motivations of the people whom one meets on the street.
His focus is on process. If someone takes care of the process, the end result will take care of itself, building individual self-esteem to achieve a common objective as a team.
