Serap Atan is Lecturer and Research Projects Manager at IPAG Lab. She has 20 years of experience in Public and International Relations. She has worked in Paris Brussels and Istanbul, for the most prominent business organization representing major companies investing in Turkey, as an expert on European Affairs and International Project Manager. She holds a PhD in Political Sciences from Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), Belgium. She has been the Director of a think-thank, in Paris, founded by prominent French multinational and Turkish companies. She has also given Lectures at Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Lille and at the American University, Paris.
