Thi Viet Ha NGUYEN is Lecturer of Law and Coordinator of Master Management & Réseaux. She holds a PhD in Law focusing on International Private Law from the University of Rouen (France) and a Master LLM from the University of Rouen (France); the University Catholique of Lisbonne (Portugal) & the University of George Mason, Virginia (USA). She is also a French and Vietnamese fully qualified lawyer specialized in international commercial law with a particular emphasis on commercial, enterprise and corporate law. She has worked for international law firms such as Jonesday in Paris (France), Freshfields Bruckhaus Derringer and Frasers Law Company in Ho Chi Minh city (Viet Nam). She also worked for international institutions as well as corporations such as International Arbitration Chamber of Paris and International Court of Arbitration (ICC), Paris.
